After focusing on the requirements of today's people, The CEO of Nokia decided to hand over its all patents, devices mapping service and service business. The CEOs of both the companies have decided that Microsoft will pay EUR 3.79 billion to purchase all Nokia's devices and for purchasing of patents it will be EUR 1.65 billion. The deal will be finalized in the first quarter of 2014.
Approx 4,700 employees of Finland will be transferred to Microsoft as well as 18,300 employees will be bound with manufacturing and packaging. Both the companies hope that the impact of this major deal will be the favor of companies. Microsoft may achieve the sky of evolution where as Nokia also thinks that it will be rolled back at its previous position.
