BlackBerry Acquired By Businessman from Hyderabad

Day by day, technology is achieving a peak position and due to this a tough competition is coming in the world of mobile market. Today, almost all mobile maker companies have been adopting Android operating system in their smartphones. Apple is also going to be a great competitor for other smartphones by its iOS.

But just opposite with BlackBerry, it is suffering a lot because of its dull operating  system and old technologies. Today's people couldn't satisfy with the mobile phones of BlackBerry, hence the company had faced loss of millions. According to current information, the company has already shorted its 4500 employees.

The company has been getting loss of 1 million dollars every year because of dropping sales. As per International Data Corporation, BlackBerry has reached a lowest of 3.7% market shares. Hence, the owner of BlackBerry has announced to sell off the company to coverup the invited tenders.

Fairfax, which holding the maximum shares of BlackBerry, will be taking over the company. The founder of Fairfax, Mr. Prem Vatsa is an Indian from Hyderabad, presently residing in Canada. He was also a director of BlackBerry but resigned from the job after declaration of its disposal. People hope that Mr. Vatsa will surely apply some idea to take the company out of this loss.

Mr. Prem Vatsa has completed his Bachelor of Technology in Chemical stream from IIT, Madras. He is an MBA from the University of Ontario and started his company in 1985. Now a days, he is the biggest share holder along with 10% market share of BlackBerry.

Mr. Vatsa has offered 4.7 billion US dollors means 295 billion rupees for acquiring the company and the board of directors has welcomed the offer also. If deal gets to the final stage then Mr. Prem Vatsa will be the next owner of BlackBerry. It will take a final decision on November 4, 2013 because the same offer is opened for other companies. Shortcuts in Mobile Phones

In this modern era, people have no more time to wait for completion of any process, credit goes to developing of modern technology. But for using any special character they get slow, so here are some shortcuts to make your chat fast and keep your time saved.

1. For Using Full Stop: We should simply press "Space Bar" two times after completion of the sentence as well as next sentence will start with capital character.  

2. For Copying Text: Scroll the trackball with pressing “SHIFT” button and select required text to copy.

3. For Using @: Just press "Space Bar" at the time of typing of any web address or email.

  • To scroll the page press “T”

6. For Quick Search: For searching contacts, press “S” and for search under any folder simply press “F”.

9. For Auto Text: If you have been using Blackberry phone, then you do not have need to type full word because its database already contains so many key words. Like if you are going to write word “we'll” then you simply have to write word “wel”.

Nokia is Acquired by Microsoft


After getting tired by android based smartphones, iOS, tablets and phablets, the world famous mobile maker company Nokia  is obtained by another worldwide famous software company Microsoft.
